Our Wildlife Control Service
Our wildlife control begins with a thorough inspection. At Boogeyman Wildlife Control, we are careful to pay attention to detail because we know the details are what matters and what will help us determine your pest control issues in order to deliver the results you need. Starting inside your house and working our way out, we inspect all of the following areas:
- Attics
- Basements
- Decks
- Crawl spaces
- From the foundation to the peak of your roof
While inspecting these areas, we actively look for and take pictures of:
- Cracks
- Crevices
- Droppings
- Urine
- Entry points
Once we know what wildlife is in your home and where the problem areas are, we will come up with a game plan that is designed for your home.
If mice are the type of wildlife that is causing problems on your property, we will do a rodenticide treatment in the attic or other spaces where they are nesting, as well as place bait stations around the exterior of your house. If other wildlife is active in or around your home, we’ll set live traps, or in rare instances, lethal traps, to remove the problem. Once the animals are out of your house, we will remove the traps, fix the damaged areas, and seal the entry points to ensure that wildlife can’t return.
For ongoing services to make sure your wildlife problem is taken care of in the long run, we offer monitoring services using bait stations set up around the exterior of your foundation. We check and refill these stations on a quarterly basis. If you want traps to remain, you can give us a call if they catch anything and we can remove the wildlife and reset the trap. There is a per-animal charge for removals.

Do you offer free inspections?At Boogeyman Wildlife Control, we understand that the inspection is the most important part of the wildlife control process. Without it, we are flying blind and may not treat the areas of your home that need treatment. Because of that, we offer thorough inspections that are free to everyone within 35 miles of us. If your home is more than 35 miles away, we can still provide an inspection, but there will be a fee assessed due to the travel distance.

Are your services guaranteed?We offer warranties for certain services if applicable. Our bat control service includes a warranty if applicable. Our exclusion work also includes a warranty if applicable. Since our exclusion work is what seals the entry points that wildlife use to get into your house, this is one of the most important aspects of our wildlife control service. We stand behind our work.
